Holiday Takeovers: Our friends at Rough Draft compiled a complete list of bars and restaurants transforming themselves for the holidays, covering all of metro Atlanta. You can check out the full list here, but we’ve listed the East Atlanta spots here:

Taproom released their winter menu and James will have to do everything in his power to keep his wife from buying the Oatmeal Creme Pie Latte every day.

🍩 Revolution Donuts December menu is here. Seasonal flavors in the mix include peppermint, egg nog, cranberry, and orange.

🐟 Breaker Breaker’s Winter Menu includes Lobster Rolls, Clam Chowder, Seafood Pasta, Chicken Picatta, and Steak Frites. And it all looks delicious.

🍪 Little Tart Holiday Cookie Boxes are now available. Place your orders for pickup or get ‘em shipped.

🐍 I can’t tell you much about Long Snake other than hearing rave reviews, and that they’ve been hosting more pop ups recently. In December, they’ll be at Banshee on Monday’s. Learn more here and check out other posts for past menus.

🐷 Lewis BBQ - with locations in Charleston and Greenville - is opening a new location at Ansley Mall on Monday. They won a 2025 Michelin Bib Gourmand award. Nice!

🐷 Dhaba BBQ is hosting a South Asian pop-up at Sweet Auburn BBQ, featuring Bombay Masala Brisket Sliders and Chinese spare ribs.

🏪 Publix announced it will close it’s Atlantic Station location on December 27, leaving residents without a convenient option for groceries.

🚌 MARTA will receive a $20.7 million federal grant to purchase 30 new American-made buses.
