The Future of the Content Economy

beehiiv started with newsletters. Now, they’re reimagining the entire content economy.

On November 13, beehiiv’s biggest updates ever are dropping at the Winter Release Event.

For the people shaping the next generation of content, community, and media, this is an event you won’t want to miss.

Happy Thursday! We’ve officially hit 1,200 subscribers and it feels pretty dang good.

Every now and then, people will ask us if a restaurant or business is in the part of town we cover.

While East Atlanta is a specific, incredible neighborhood, the East Atlanta Anthem covers the East Side of Atlanta. An easy way to think about it is that if the place has an Atlanta street address that ends in NE or SE, we cover it. We’ve also described the area as the pocket of Atlanta between Downtown and Decatur.

Hopefully that helps!

Before we get started, we want to wish Brandon W. a very happy birthday (10/17).

The Anthem is made possible in part by El Tesoro. Please show them some love this weekend!

🍂 Some people will call the weather we’ve been having “football weather”. I prefer to call it “El Tesoro Patio Weather”. The 7,000 square foot patio is great all year, but it really shines this time of year. See you guys over there.

Plan Ahead

My wife and I just moved into Parkview, and the neighborhood is throwing its annual Fall Frolic on Saturday, November 8th. If you’re wondering where Parkview is, it is a small little neighborhood right under Kirkwood. You know the Lidl on Memorial? That’s in Parkview.

The Fall Frolic features a raffle (with items donated from awesome local businesses like Evergreen Butcher & Baker), an artist market, kids activities, and a pie baking competition with an awesome trophy for the winner.

Anyone in the surrounding area can enter. I don’t know what we’re making yet, but my wife and I are challenging you to beat us! Click here for more info.
